Refund policy

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Precisionringmetals.com. If you are not pleased with anything you receive from Precisionringmetals.com, we will gladly issue a refund:

a)      Returns must be made within 90 days of purchase.

b)      Merchandise must be returned in new condition.

c)      We do not issue credit or refund partial or open cartons of ring metals.

d)      Shipping charges are not refundable.

e)      For orders over $500 that receive free shipping:

                i) Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

               ii) Outbound shipping charges will be deducted from refund proceeds.

e)      Custom items may not be returned.

f)       20% restock fee on all returns.

g)      Credit will be issued in the same manner as original purchase.

h)      Credit will be issued after returned merchandise is inspected.
